The Hotel has two bars and three restaurants, and they are all very different. On the fifth floor – well above the typical red roofs of the city  - in summer the panoramic Terrazza Brunelleschi restaurant, spills outside into the American Bar and the Roof Garden which is on various levels.

The Melarancio restaurant is on the ground floor,  and the American Hall, is a classical and central meeting point for Florentines.

The kitchen team has grown over the years with talented chefs with experience in the various types of regional cuisines. Thanks to this unexpected and harmonious fusion of cuisines they are experts in preparing the very best of  traditional specialities based on recipes that have been handed down from one generation to another, and they also create innovative dishes blending flavours and tastes that will surprise every kind of palate.
