The special location of the Grand Hotel Baglioni allows you to visit the city, leaving the car behind to discover it with a comfortable stroll through the streets of the city centre, all in complete tranquillity.
Larger rooms can accommodate up to four people and communicating rooms are also available without having to compromise on comfort.

All the services on offer, from babysitting to reduced prices according to age, guarantee fun for the kids and relaxation for the adults.

To help you organise your trip to the city centre, we recommend the Seeing Florence with children (A Firenze con i bambini) guide, a handy collection of cultural events, performances, libraries, recreation centres and other practical information.

Children's Museum

Museum, laboratory and workshop. But just for the little ones!
The Bottega dei Ragazzi, an innovation in the world of museums, is a space dedicated to creative workshops in one of the landmarks for childhood in the city of Florence, the Istituto degli Innocenti (www.istitutodeglinnocenti.it).
The Bottega is organised by the educational department of the MUDI - Museo degli Innocenti and offers children aged 3 to 11 a rich programme of activities designed to teach them about art and history in a fun way, through entertaining tours and more than 70 fun and creative workshops on the topics of art, the history of Florence and the old Institute.
The Bottega dei Ragazzi offers its activities to schools, families and individual tourists in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
The activities last for 90 minutes each. After the workshop, the children can stay at the Bottega to play together whilst their parents enjoy a visit to the neighbouring museums or the nearby Church of the Annunziata.
